London - West Ham have conformed that Radoslav Kovac has left the club and linked up with Basel in Switzerland. Kovac, 31 could face the Hammers when they take on Basel in a pre-season friendly on July 13.
Newcastle have circulated winger Wayne Routledge name to clubs after he failed to complete his move to QPR. He could yet return to QPR but they have yet to follow up last season loan deal with a permanent offer.
